Friends may call at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7:30 p.m.LAUREN KAE O'CONNOR, infant daughter of Daniel and Drusilla O'Connor, of Traverse City, was stillborn Thursday at Munson Medical Center. Family services have been held. The family was served by Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home. Services for WILMA L. HARRIS, 87, of Traverse City, who died Fri., Aug. 31, will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to services. RUGG GEORGE LEAS, 78, of Grayling and Ellenton, Fla., died on Saturday, Sept. 1, 2001, at Mercy Hospital in Grayling. He was born on June 6, 1923, in Greenville, Ohio. No services will be held. Arrangements are being handled by the Sorenson Funeral Home in Grayling. ALDEN - Gary R. "Buster" Moran, 55, of Alden, died Friday at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. A lifelong resident of Alden, Gary was born on May 30, 1946, in Willowrun Village, the son of Richard T. and Edna (Meadows) Moran. He was employed by Burnett Foods in Elk Rapids. Gary enjoyed fishing, hunting and card playing with his friends. Gary is survived by one son, Michael (Susan) Moran and two grandchildren, Nick and Trent, all of Sadiebiloe, Ky.; mother, Edna E. (Moran) Foy of Whitmore Lake; three brothers, Al (Fran) Moran of Rapid City, John (Penny) Moran of Whitmore Lake and Richard (Nancy) Moran of Bellaire; one sister, Richel (Gail) Bussa of Gaylord; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and great-nephews. Gary was preceded in death by his father, Richard T. Moran. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Graveside services will be held Saturday, Sept. 8, at 1:30 p.m. at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Elk Rapids. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Elk Rapids Chapel of Covell Funeral Homes. |
