Local arrangements were handled by the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home in Traverse City. RUTH ANNE WELSH, 76, of Manistee, died Friday, November 5, 2004, at West Shore Medical Center in Manistee. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, at Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Manistee, where visitation will take place 45 minutes prior to the service. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Manistee. The Herbert Funeral Home of Manistee is in charge of arrangements.
