A graveside service will be held today, Sept. 19, 2004, at 5:30 p.m., at the Evergreen Cemetery in Kalkaska. Arrangements are by the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska. MARGARET ROGALLE-CODY, 85, of Maple Forest Township, died Monday, Sept. 13, 2004. Visitation will be today, Sept. 19, 2004, from 2 to 6 p.m., at the Sorenson Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Sept. 20, 2004, at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery in Frederic. Arrangements are by the Sorenson Funeral Home, McEvers Chapel, in Grayling. ROBERT JOHN NICKLESON, 74, of Manistee, died Friday, Sept. 17, 2004, at West Shore Medical Center in Manistee. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004, at 11 a.m., at the United Methodist Church in Manistee. Cremation took place at Oak Grove Cemetery in Manistee. The Oak Grove Cremation Center is serving the family. CLEOMAE MARY ROBBINS, 70, of Bellaire, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004, at Munson Medical Center. Cremation has taken place at Oak Grove Cemetery in Manistee. The Oak Grove Cremation Center is serving the family. Traverse City - Madelyn S. Hyde, 83, of Traverse City, died Monday, Sept. 6, 2004, at Munson Hospice House. Born Feb. 8, 1921, in Detroit, she was the daughter of J. Burdelle and Myrtle (Hoisington) Shepard. She married Albert E. Hyde, who survives, on Nov. 3, 1951, in Scarsdale, N.Y. Mrs. Hyde attended Wayne State University and the University of Michigan. She had been employed by the New England Mutual Life Insurance Company, Ethel Corp., The Foundation for Economic Education and as executive assistant to economist, S. Jay Levy. Mrs. Hyde later owned and operated her own yarn and needlecraft stores in Carmel and Mahopac, N.Y. from 1971 until 1983, when she retired. In addition to her husband, Albert, she is survived by a son, Roger D. Hardy of Redlands, Calif.; a daughter, Lyndon Hardy of Middlesex, Vt.; three grandchildren; and a sister, Marion (Jack) Cox of Traverse City. Mrs. Hyde was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, James B. Shepard Jr.; and a sister, Barbara Vreeland. A memorial service will be held in the Howard Towne Chapel at the First Congregational Church, where she was a member, on Monday, Sept. 27, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Dr. Gary Hogue will officiate. Her ashes will be placed in the First Congregational Church Garden of Remembrance. Memorial contributions may be directed to the First Congregational Church or Munson Hospice House. Arrangements are by the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home of Traverse City.
