PEARL O. SCHOLL, 73, of Mancelona, died Sept. 28, 2005, at her home.
No services are planned at this time.
Arrangments were handled by the Mancelona Chapel of Mortenson Funeral Homes.
LYN MOREY-GOLDNER, 76, of Traverse City, died Sept. 22, 2005.
Memorial services will be held this Saturday, Oct. 15, at 1:30
p.m. at the First Congregational Church in Traverse City.
Arrangements are being handled by Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home of Traverse City.
ANNE FOSTER, 90, of Onekama, died Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2005, at Manistee County Medical Care Facility in Manistee.
A Celebration of Life for Anne will be held later this year.
Cremation will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery in Manistee.
The Edwards-Oak Grove Funeral Home of Bear Lake is in charge of funeral arrangements.
DONNA MAXINE WOODWORTH, 79, of Cadillac, passed away on Oct. 8, 2005 at Lakeview Lutheran Manor in Cadillac.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Oct. 13, at 4 p.m., at the United Methodist Church in Cadillac, with Pastor Dale Ostema officiating. There will be no visitation before the service.
Friends and family are invited to a luncheon immediately following the service.
The family has entrusted arrangements to Oak Grove Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Ludington.
WILLIAM "BILL" WAGENER, 69, of Marathon, Wis., formerly of Traverse City, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2005, at the Hospice Center of Aspirus Hospital in Wausaw, Wis.
A Mass of Christian Burial funeral service will be held today, Oct. 12, at 11:30 a.m., at St. Mary's Chruch in Marathon, Wis.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brainard Funeral Home in Wausaw, Wis.
Kirk D. Costello
Died October 10, 2005
WILLIAMSBURG - Kirk D. Costello, 54, of Williamsburg, formerly of New Carlisle, Ind., passed away Monday, Oct. 10, 2005. Kirk was born February 3, 1951 in South Bend, Ind., the son of Eugene and Eleanor (Peterson) Costello.
Kirk was a master electrician worked for Grand Traverse County for 18 years, and the owner of KC Electric for 30 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, an avid golfer, loved books and being an all-around sportsman. Kirk enjoyed spending time with friends and family, who will miss him very much.
Kirk was preceded in death by his mother, Eleanor Costello; and mother-in-law, Margaret (Peggy) Petoskey.
Kirk is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughter, B. Elizabeth Costello; son-in-law, Aron B. Doten, daughter Kerri-Ann (Todd A.) Croftchik and Kristine Sue Costello; grandchildren, Charlotte Ann Drumm and Andrew Scott Croftchik.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Covell Funeral Home of Elk Rapids.
A funeral will be held Friday, Oct. 14 at 11 a.m., at the First Presbyterian Church in Elk Rapids, with Rev. Dr. Daniel Herlein officiating. Burial will take place at Springfield Cemetery in Harrisville at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Red Cross.

Louis W. "Louie" Crocker
Died October 11, 2005
TRAVERSE CITY - Louis W. "Louie" Crocker, 90, of Traverse City, died Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2005, at Munson Medical Center. Louie was born in Suttons Bay on Sept. 27, 1915, the son of Edward and Lucy (Richards) Crocker.
Louie married Ilse F.A. (Mary Lou) Gerbstadt on January 8, 1970, in Traverse City. Louie was a longtime member of St. Francis Catholic Church and was recently acknowledged by the church for 33 years of service as an usher. He was a member of the Variety Club, Traverse City Senior Center and the Traverse City Eagle's Club -Aerie # 383. A retired self employed truck driver, his interests included vegetable gardening and dancing. Louie enjoyed living at Glen Eagle where he developed many wonderful friendships.
Louie is survived by his loving and caring children; daughters, Sherry Crocker of Interlochen, Pam (Tim) Pilon of Fairbanks, AK.; son, Alfie (Weslee) Crocker of Traverse City; three grandchildren, Morgan Crocker, Benjamin and Amy Pilon; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Louie was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou, on Feb. 8, 1996; two sisters, Ruby Popp and Eunice Crocker; brothers, Donald, Richard, John and William; and one son, Michael from a previous marriage.
Visitation will be held at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home on Thursday, Oct. 13, from 2 to 4 p.m., and 6 to 8 p.m., with a scripture service at 7:30 p.m.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Francis Catholic Church on Friday, Oct. 14, at 11 a.m., with Reverend Kenneth Stachnik serving as celebrant. Burial will take place at Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens.
In remembrance of Louie, memorials may be directed to Grand Traverse Area Catholic Schools.

David P. Therrien
Died October 10, 2005
TRAVERSE CITY - David P. Therrien, 70, of Traverse City, formerly of Flint, died Monday, Oct. 10, 2005, in Traverse City. David was born in Flint on Oct. 1, 1935, the son of John Eugene and Eva (Sylvestre) Therrien.
David married Joan Villarreal in 1961. He was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church and the K of C Council #695 third degree. David was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1955 to 1957. He worked as Mason Tender for one and a half years and was a Teamster driver for Franchi Distributing for 30 years. He played golf, enjoyed woodworking and loved his grandchildren dearly.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Eva Therrien; and his step-mother, Mary Therrien.
David is survived by his wife, Joan Therrien of Traverse City; two sons, Scooter and his wife Kimmy Therrien of Traverse City, and Chris Therrien of Benzonia; Four grandchildren, Nicholas, Kasey, Tyler and Zach; brother, Dick and wife Ginny Therrien of Flushing; sister-in-law, Marie Swales of Corunna; brother-in-law, Emil Villarreal of Flushing; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be 1 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 13 and 14. A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Thursday, followed by a K of C memorial service.
A funeral mass will be held at St. John Vianney Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 14, Father Douglas Osborn officiating. Burial will follow at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
Agnes E. Richardson
Died October 8, 2005
TRAVERSE CITY - Agnes E. Richardson, 88, of Traverse City, Died Oct. 8, 2005.
Agnes was preceded in death by her loving husband Ira; son Douglas; and brothers, Roy and Charles Cox.
Agnes is survived by her sister, Mary McMillen; daughters Doris (Richard) Gerkowski and Donna (Roger) Shomo; son Dale (Lola) Richardson; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 11 a.m., at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Taylor.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Oct. 20, at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of the First Congregational Church in Traverse City.
Memorial contributions can be directed to St. Paul United Church of Christ, Munson Hospice House, of the Michigan Humane Society.
Alice Zacharias
Died October 9, 2005
TRAVERSE CITY - Alice (Donaghy) Zacharias, 96, of Traverse City, formerly of Davison, passed away Sunday, Oct. 9, 2005, at Orchard Creek Skilled Nursing. Alice was born in Goodrich on April 21, 1909, the daughter of Charles and Sarah (Parrish) Howell.
Alice loved dancing, gardening, tending to her wild turkeys, being with her cats and enjoying the company of friends and family. She was an active member of the Lake Ann United Methodist Women and an excellent mathematician.
She is survived by her daughter Reta (George) Vohwinkle; grandchildren Joseph (Lana) Vohwinkle, Kim (Rob) Smith and Craig (Geri) Vohwinkle; great-grandchildren Jace, Jolanda and Heidi Vohwinkle, Kaischa and Jared Smith; great-great-grandchild Talan Vohwinkle.
Funeral services will be held at 11.a.m. today, Oct. 12, at United Brethren Church in Flint, Pastor Carl Greene officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
A memorial service will be held at the Lake Ann United Methodist Church Education Center on a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Gideons Bible Memorial Fund.
