All races start at 6 p.m. east of the Traverse City Central High School gymnasium. The summer race program is for runners of all ages and abilities. The entry fee is $5 for the season or 50 cents per race. Registration begins 30 minutes before each race. The annual awards picnic will be Sunday, Aug. 20. The T.E.A.M. kids running program will concurrently take place each Wednesday.

Handicap - all runners/walkers are given a starting handicap based on a formula using previous in-season performances.

Prediction - all runners/walkers turn in their predicted times prior to the race with the winner being the one that comes closest.

Alternating relay - two person teams run/walk alternating miles for eight miles. Teams will be handicapped based on past performances.
