TRAVERSE CITY — Area businesses interested in selling goods and services to the state of Michigan are invited to an Aug. 13 seminar sponsored by the Northwest Michigan Council of Governments.
Speakers will include Chris Holman, the small business advocate for the Michigan Economic Development Corp. The event will provide information to local companies on doing business and procuring contracts with the state. Representatives of the state Department of Management and Budget will also be on hand.
