Third-degree CSC charge awaits man

TRAVERSE CITY — A Traverse City man faces a 15-year felony after he allegedly had sexual intercourse with a teenage girl. Jedediah Michael Buehler, 21, is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct after he allegedly had sexual intercourse with a girl on Dec. 1, court records show.

Buehler allegedly told a Traverse City Police investigator that he had sex with the teen knowing she was only 15, records indicate.
