CARRIE LYNN GONYON, 29, of Honor, died Thursday, Dec. 16, 1999, at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Bennett-Barz Funeral Home in Beulah. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Eden Bible Church. A full obituary will appear in Sunday's Record-Eagle.
GERMAINE MARIE GUENTHARDT, 74, of Manistee, died Friday, Dec. 17, 1999, at her home.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Herbert Funeral Home in Manistee. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Manistee.
BASIL L. JANKOWSKI, 86, of Traverse City, died Friday morning, Dec. 17, 1999, at Leelanau Memorial Health Center.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home in Traverse City, where a Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Rita-St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maple City. A full obituary will appear in Sunday's Record-Eagle.
THOMAS J. NELSON, 69, of Honor, died Thursday, Dec. 16, 1999.

FRED SCHWARTZLANDER, 86, of Kingsley, died Friday, Dec. 17, 1999.

Died December 14, 1999
KINGSLEY - Gloria J. Brooks, 46, of Kingsley, died Tuesday at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.
Born April 17, 1953, in Flint, she was the daughter of Andrew Charles and Peggy (Lysher) LaBeau. On Dec. 21, 1982, in Traverse City, she married Marvin Brooks.
Gloria resided in Kingsley the past 16 years, coming from Flint. She was employed as a pharmacy technician at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. She raised horses and was an avid gardener and crafter.
She is survived by her husband, Marvin, of Kingsley; son, Allen Waterson of Traverse City; daughter, Margaret (Dale) Solberg of Traverse City; three stepdaughters, Tracy Brooks, Jody (Andrew) Schaub, Jr. and Kelly (Greg) Vogue; a grandmother, Margaret Constable; seven grandchildren; and many brothers and sisters.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Bigelow; and grandparents, Harry and Eunice Lysher.
A private memorial service has taken place.
Arrangements were handled by Covell-Smith Funeral Home of Kingsley.
